Recruiting some of the nation’s hottest tech talent by mobilizing the Un-carrier.
The “#BeMagenta” careers experiential event mobilized a food truck and gave out free coffee, tea, goodies and swag for a week to passive candidates throughout Seattle. T-Mobile gained a massive amount of reach with this campaign with over 7,000 one-on-one engagements over the course of 5 days, nearly 1 million social media impressions and was mentioned in 26 media pieces, 6 broadcast news segments, 5 articles, and 10 radio mentions. T-Mobile’s “Un-carrier Magenta Machine” was an experiential consumer and careers recruitment roadshow.
